Returns & Exchanges

Please note:

Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, even if an event/performance is terminated early or cancelled due to accident, nature, government regulation, or conditions beyond Manitoba Opera’s control. Exchanges are only available for a different performance of the same production.

Ticket holders may request a tax receipt for the value of unused tickets by contacting the Box Office at 204-944-8824 at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled performance.

Save time in line by ordering your intermission refreshments in advance.
Ask for your beverage in a plastic cup and take your drink back to your seat.
